Weco Coworking's meeting room sits right in the centre of Gandía (Paseo Germanías 89) and is available by the hour — no membership required. It's the place to host a client properly, run a small training session, take that important video call away from home, or get your team around a table for a morning.
How online booking works
Pick your day and time on the grid above, in 30-minute blocks, with no minimum notice — you can book a slot starting in half an hour. Pay online by Bizum or card and your booking is confirmed on the spot. Your door code arrives by email — with the confirmation if you book for today, and always one hour before your meeting — and you type it on the entrance keypad: the space works on self-service access, outside office hours too.
Clear pricing, no surprises
€10/hour in 30-minute blocks: half an hour is €5, two hours €20. You only pay for the time you book. Weco members (desk, office or day pass) get 60 minutes of meeting room time included every day.
The room
A private, self-contained room inside the coworking space, seating up to 6 people, climate-controlled and with high-speed wifi. There's a TV for presentations and video calls, good light and no noise — built for work meetings, interviews and small training sessions.

How do I get into the building?
With an access code sent by email: in your confirmation if the booking is for today, and always in the reminder one hour before. Type it on the entrance keypad — no keys, no waiting, any time of day.
Can I cancel my booking?
Meeting room bookings can't be cancelled by the customer, and any member minutes used are spent either way. If something comes up, email us at wecogandia@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.
Do I need to be a Weco member?
No. Anyone can book the room and pay online. Membership just adds perks: 60 free minutes every day.
How do I pay?
Online, by Bizum or card. If your member minutes cover the whole booking, it confirms instantly with nothing to pay.
